4,217 active facility records list home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis training, representing 56.3% of the active catalog.
Among 7,490 records with a published evening-shift flag, 1,148 list evening shifts, representing 15.3% of reporting records.
DaVita has the largest named-chain count, with 2,799 active facilities representing 37.4% of the active catalog.
CMS star values are published for 6,999 active facilities and absent for 491; the distribution below restates those published values.

Active facility records are counted once by CMS Certification Number. Published station values are summed only when every active record supplies one; home-training availability includes records listing home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis training; evening-shift shares exclude records without that flag; star distributions use published CMS star values; and named-chain shares use all active facilities as the denominator.
